Appointment Commitment

Honor scheduled appointments and notify us at least 24 hours in advance if unable to attend.

Information Accuracy

Provide accurate and complete information about current health conditions, medications, and health history including surgeries.

Treatment Compliance

a. Follow the treatment plan and medical instructions recommended by our healthcare professionals.

b. Practice good preventive and promotive health

c. Inform the health facility leadership if he/she feels wrongly treated

Communication

a. Ask questions when instructions or procedures are not clear and communicate any concerns promptly.

b. Seek clarification on any instructions given before leaving the facility

Respectful Behavior

a. Treat our staff and other patients with respect and consideration at all times.

b. Desist from using abusive words and languages on the staff and fellow patients

Financial Obligation

Meet financial commitments and discuss any payment concerns with our billing department promptly.

Sanitation

Maintain a clean environment at the facility - Should put rubbish in the appropriate place

Instruction

Adhere to to all instructions including doing laboratory test, X-rays e.t.c
